Shipping policy

Dispatch Times: All orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.

Delivery Times: 2-10 business days. Australia Post Standard Mail. Shipping services are currently facing delays for all postage due to the effects of COVID-19 and the approaching holiday season. Some domestic parcels and all international parcels can expect delays at this time. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All customers receive an automated tracking confirmation email within 1-4 business days making it simple for each customer to track the delivery of their parcel.

You can rest assured our team will dispatch your order within 1-4 business day. If you do not receive the tracking information with 5 business days, please check your junk inbox or contact our Customer Care on 1300 002 298 (Monday to Friday 8am - 2.30pm AEST) or info@bayu-australia.com.au. We will be happy to provide you with an update if you have experienced a delay in a courier issuing tracking information to you.
